To all persons &c.  Thomas Turner of Bollington co. Chester, yeoman, sends greeting. Know ye that I the said Thomas in consideration of a certain 
sum of money to me paid by John Hooley of Ranow co Chester yeoman, have released and forever quitclaimed for me, and my heirs to the said 
John Hooley all my right, title &c. to certain lands in Ranowe aforesaid and also have quitclaimed to the said John Hooley a certain rent of 6s. 8d 
arising from certain premises in Ranowe aforesaid, and late in the occupation of the said John Hooley or of Hugh Davenport of Calveley co. 
Chester Esq., to the only use of the said John, his heirs, and assigns for ever.   With the usual clauses of warranty.
Dated 30th August 29 Elizabeth 1587.                                 Seal gone.
