Livery - Green, with yellow facings.   Armorial bearings - Sable, three piles or, two issuant from the chief and one from the base, each charged with a hillock vert, with 47 quarterings (for Arderne, Glanville, Sackville, Oreby, Montalt, D'Albini, St. Hilary, Kevellioc, Gernon, Meschines, Lupus, Lupus, Algar, Wetenhall, Wetenhall, Leigh of Baguley, Venables, Leigh of Westhall, De Lega, Swinehead, Baguley, Corona, Donne, Kingsley, Sylvester, Thornton, Kingsley, Sylvester, Hellesby, Hatton, Fitz Ivor, Crispin, Leigh, De Lega, Alperam, Donne, Kingsley, Sylvester, Thornton, Kingsley, Sylvester, Hellasby, Hatton, Fitz Ivor, Crispin, and Weaver).   Mantlin sable and ore.   Crest - On a wreath of the colours, a demi-cat-a-mountain regardant argent, holding between the paws and escocheon or, charged with a hillock vert.   Motto - "One House, One Faith". Married Fanny Cecilia, dau. of Arthur Clarence, Esq., High Sheriff of Natal; and has Issue - (1) Jasper Donne Clarence Hulley, Gentlemen, b. 1877; (2) Arthur Booth Hulley, Gentlemen, b. 1883; Ethel Maria Sawyer; Mary Arderne; and Ellie Gorton.
